By booking a session or event with Wheel Flow, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Booking and Payment:
- All sessions must be booked and paid for in advance via our website.
- Block Bookings are non-refundable unless canceled by Wheel Flow.
Age Restrictions:
- Our sessions are designed for children aged 6 to 18.
Safety Requirements:
- Participants must wear appropriate protective gear (helmet, wrist guards, knee and elbow pads). Wheel Flow reserves the right to deny participation to anyone not properly equipped.
Liability:
- While we prioritize safety, participants attend sessions at their own risk. Wheel Flow is not liable for injuries resulting from improper use of equipment or failure to follow instructor guidance.
- Wheel Flow maintains appropriate public liability insurance for all sessions.
Instructor Authority:
- Our instructors reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior compromises the safety or enjoyment of others.
Session Adjustments:
- Wheel Flow reserves the right to adjust session times, locations, or instructors if necessary.
Refunds and Rescheduling:
- Single sessions are not refundable but may be rescheduled if notice is provided at least 3 days prior to the original session date.

Photography and Media:
- We may take photos or videos during sessions for promotional purposes. If you do not wish your child to appear in these, please notify us in writing.
Governing Law:
- These terms and conditions are governed by UK law.
